1. General policy
We want SiteBoost AI customers to receive the service and plan access described at the time of purchase.
Refund requests are reviewed based on the circumstances of the transaction, the service delivered, applicable law and the payment method used.
2. Situations that may qualify for a refund
A refund may be considered when there is a duplicate or erroneous charge, when paid access was not delivered because of a confirmed SiteBoost AI issue, when the purchased service was materially different from what was presented at checkout, or when a refund is required by applicable law.
Other reasonable refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
3. Situations that may not qualify
A refund may be declined where substantial service usage has already occurred, where a customer simply changes their mind after receiving and using the purchased access, where service restrictions resulted from a material violation of the Terms & Conditions, or where the issue is outside SiteBoost AI's reasonable control.
Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights that apply under law.
